McSorley’s is a New York City Institution, it’s been around since 1854 and is New York City’s oldest continuously operated saloon.  McSorley’s really doesn’t need us to speak on its behalf this establishment was here before us and most likely be here after us. Not many places can say that John Lennon and Abe Lincoln were customers. Their Beer menu consists of McSorley’s Light and McSorley’s Dark beer, this makes it an easy choice. This is a spot you have to check out, if not for the beer then for it’s history.–cheers!
