The Flaming Dr Pepper

The Flaming Dr Pepper is a popular cocktail that is made by combining beer, amaretto, and Bacardi 151 Rum, which is then lit on fire and consumed by chugging. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

• 1 bottle of beer (preferably light beer)

• 1 shot of amaretto liqueur

• 1/2 oz of 151-proof rum

• 1/2 oz of high-proof liquor

• Fireproof shot glass

Instructions:

1. Fill a shot glass with 1/2 oz of amaretto liqueur.

2. In a separate glass, mix 1/2 oz of 151-proof rum and 1/2 oz of high-proof liquor.

3. Carefully layer the rum and high-proof liquor mixture on top of the amaretto in the shot glass.

4. Using a lighter or match, light the top layer of the shot glass on fire.

5. Quickly drop the flaming shot glass into a glass of beer and drink it quickly through a straw. The beer will extinguish the flames and you can enjoy the drink.

Side note, we used the have fun with these in our younger days and most places will cut us off after two.

The drink involves lighting alcohol on fire, which can be dangerous. Use caution and drink responsibly.
